Hi Everyone!

At first - im very glad that this forum exists. It helped me a lot with my OpenKM Projekt in the past and I hope it will do it in the future too!

My Problem is with the Mail Import function. I tried out a lot in the last few weeks, but nothing seens to help.
Since 4 or 5 Months now I've tried to import automatically Mails from Outlook into OpenKM. Simply import...
The Mail Account seems to be ok. When I click on "check", "success" appeard. The Mail-Service.xml configuration is also ok. In the Openkm.cfg file, the mail scheduler is on 5minutes.
I can even upload the Mails from Outlook, Word and Excel via the given Plug-ins without problems!
But it seems to be impossible, that the mails will be automatic importet in OpenKM.
Have you any advice for me?
We use imap in your company, and the mails (unreaded) lay in a subfolder from "Inbox".
I hope you can understand my English and you can help me to solve this problem. I would be very thankful.

Thanks for the support and kind regards!

I don't understand the problem. Can you give me more detailed info?

And remember: starting from OpenKM 5.1 the configuration is stored in database and managed from Administration, so OpenKM.cfg take only sense for database related configuration.

I didn't notice that.
This hint helped me to solve the problem - just activate the schedule.mail.importer in the database.
I did the configuration in the OpenKM.cfg file before...

Thank you very much for the support!
