Invalid response from an Upstream Server

I've encountered a problem,
When uploading a large file in OpenKm, it generates an error:

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy could not handle the request
POST /openkm/frontend/FileUpload()

something like that.
Please help me to understand this. Thank you!

Can you please help me to solve this problem,
I have optimized and improved the performance of MySQL server,
Uploading a very large file produces the error seen above. What do I need to do?
Also, I have executed

some documents produces error: Unable to read the entire header, 0 bytes read expected 32 bytes

How big are the files? Never seen that error in our OpenKM installations.

i was uploading a file with 55mb size, then it will just upload with a blank white space in the preview, when you try to download it, you'll received 0 bytes.
