Word addin error

Hi,
i'm trying to use the Word addin to upload/save a document (already named) in a OpenKM directory but, when i try to save it i get the error as the jpg attached...

working condition:
Server: Windows XP, OpenKM 5.04 running with MySQL
Client: Windows XP, Word 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1)

Better if you use word 2003 or 2007.

I think the problem is that before uploading the file that must be saved to file disk, if you've not saved the addon tries doing for you automatically, and seems in your OS + MS word version + service packs installed has some problem on it.

Try save the file before uploading. And tell me if it solves anything ?

upgrading from office 2000 to office 2003 solved the problem and now the addins they works well....

We're happy the problem will be solved, version 2000 is older and could experiment some problems with adding althought addins are compatible with this version.
