Hello,

i have installed Version: 5.1.5 (build: 6473) on Linux ubuntu 2.6.35-28-generic Fri Mar 18.
openkm was running from start with 1 problem. If i added a new doc openkm hangs with an info "updating property group". That could be worked around with refreshing page.

This error vanished after installing "OpenKM_5.1-SNAPSHOT_de-DE.sql" language pack. After that login with "english" works without this problem too.
But i have still on error if i try to open "property groups" in "Administration":

Browser shows:
Code: Select all
Application error
Class: java net ConnectException
Message: Connection timed out
Date: Wed Jun 08 12:40:43 CEST 2011
console output:
Code: Select all
12:31:38,814 WARN [RegisteredExtractors] Mark not supported in java.io.InputStreamReader
12:40:43,915 ERROR [[PropertyGroupsServlet]] Servlet.service() for servlet PropertyGroupsServlet threw exception
I added console output.

The server has access to the Internet? I think this is a problem when try to validate the XML syntaxt against a remote DTD definition.

Hi pavila,

yes, the server has access to the internet via a proxy.

I disable proxy access and restart openkm, error is the same.
Disabling the network inteface i got java.net.unknownhostexception.

Can i edit the DTD definiton to prevent this or its a must?

added:
After restart openkm i get the
"If i added a new doc openkm hangs with an info "updating property group"
error back until delete and installing language pack new.
