Hi,

First of all, congrat for your work, its amazing.

I have a little request, i have setup successfully OpenKM 2.0
with Jboss 4.2.2 GA and change the authentication mod for LdapExtLoginModule.

All Users in my AD Can log, but i did not understand in your documentation
how to to setup A User `system` with AdminRol.

Thx in advance.

Best regards.

Hello,

Thanks for your answer.
If i understood it correctly (Thx Google Language Tools), So far there is no
possibility to have both the LDAP authentication on AD (system user cannot be created)
and the administration account without changing the username system in the source.

Something still bug me, why there is in OpenKM.cfg a string `system.user` ?
When i start jboss with plain text file auth the string must be system.user=system
if not i can\'t do import/export but i have Administration Menu. But in ldap auth
mode this string cannot help me to have administration right with a specific user.

When do you plan to make this possible ?

Thx in advance.
Best regards

The \"system.user\" config is experimental and not fully functional, as you can see in the other post. Actually you have to change the source code and recompile it, but in a near future, this will be done across OpenKM.cfg file using the \"system.user\" setting. This feature better supported in OpenKM Professional.

We are thinking on change the \"system\" user to \"admin\". Does it resolve your issue with Active Directory Windows user?

Hi,

Yep it will resolve it :)

We are developing the new release of OpenKM which will include this \"fix\". In a few week a beta will be available for testing.

OK Paco.

But the current version for download has a problem in \"group register\".
Even if I setup local files authentication, with \"system\" user as administrator, I cannot enter in group register session under \"Administration\" menu.
The error message: \"Only admin user is allowed\".
It seems that the version for download is partially changed to the new \"admin\" user as administrator.
If I setup \"admin\" user as administrator, I cannot see the administration menu when logged.

Thanks
