Two possibilities: 1- you have the files in the server but wrong privileges, and the user who's executing openkm service do not have grants to access these files ( that's why raise error file does not exist, although exist -> because not enough grant do it invisible for the user ) -> this will be th...

You should create a security group named ROLE_USER and ROLE_ADMIN and your OpenKM_Users should be ROLE_USER and the same idea for the other user.

ROLE_USER and ROLE_ADMIN names are the expected security group names used by default for OpenKM, changing them is possible but I do not suggest them.

OpenKM CE comes with REST services and the old SOAP services ( I think in the near, middle future we will remove SOAP, because for us is a deprecated technology ). Anyway, because you wish to build a jar SOAP client it is a good idea do not to have these resources authenticated. If compare with API,...

15 minutes is a huge time for database creation. I suggest having 2-4GB free in the server for OpenKM, disabling antivirus for the tomcat folder ( otherwise all will become really slow ), you should have 2-4 core and SSD disk always will be better than mechanical disk. I think if the application has...

Open a new post for the uploading issue and share the openkm.log into a text file, that will help a lot to identify what happens in the background.

Check from the terminal or a client the connection to the database and the configuration parameters to connect to the database have the right host, user, and password ( maybe a typo or wrong database configuration that do not allow to get connection from TCP/IP ). If you share openkm.log stack trace...

We do not suggest using an embedded sql engine, because in case of disk failure or wrong server shutdown the database may be damaged and is between quite difficult or impossible to recover it. If you want to go ahead; yes, must modify server.xml before starting the application ( uncomment HQL XML se...

What is your OpenKM version? The error happens because trying to process a node that seems does not exist in the file system. In an old openkm version was a problem when purge trashes with documents with several versions, maybe affected by it, that's why asking about what is your current OpenKM vers...

In the case of the professional edition, we have two screens. Default user list shows AD users and in a secondary tab ( customization ) we manage database users. Basically, we use default OpenKM configuration to show AD in the standard way and an extra tab with database users management ( that's is ...

It seems poor hardware performance, specially I/O disk. The Lucene search engine goes across the database and update records in the file system ( Lucene search store the index in the disk ) -> which means a lot of I/O transactions. If you have bad disk performance then can get this kind of result. A...

You should use the base and not the OU. Here there's a sample about this matter https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... roles.html

Sorry but I do not follow the description of the problem. If share some screenshots maybe I can understand better, because it does not seem a problem with OpenKM.

Before applying the fix I suggest do a database backup. The problem with two spaces should be solve with the next script: import org.hibernate.*; import com.openkm.dao.*; import com.openkm.dao.bean.*; Session session = null; Transaction tx = null; fixNodeName(String sql) { try { session = HibernateU...
