Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi, i'm using OpenKM 6.2.3 (Community). According to the user guide, it should be possible to do bulk ("mass") changes of keywords, property groups and categories. But if i select multiple documents using the checkbox, the "add Property Group" buttons remains inactive (greyed out); and if i change the keywords or categories of a document while multiple docs are selected, the changes aren't propagated to the other selected documents. Am i doing something wrong - or how to achieve mass data changes? Thanks in advance!

These features are actually only present in professional version. One time during year, we move features from professional to community, this feature was not included ( or not present ) when we had done it. Should be waiting to next major release that will not be until end of year, jump to professional. Source code is available to do any change also.

Ok, thanks for clarifying - i've just found the comparison matrix of the different version's features, too. Keep up the great work, OpenKM is a great tool!
