Define a "baseline" of specific versions of documents

Hi,
I'm sorry if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find the information using the search engine.
As for many Software companies, we need to manage documentations delivered with our product (user guide, admin guide, etc.), and we need to find, for each released version of the software, what are the corresponding versions of these documents. From what I've seen using your demo site, I couldn't associate a specific tag or category to a specific version of a document... Is this possible? What do you advise for my use?

Thanks!

By default you can only associate a category, metadata, keyword etc... to Object document that has a lot of version documents associated. The idea is - for example - a category is associated to all document versions etc... If we don't make in this way, for example when you looking into search view or category view filtering will appearing several time the same document with different versions.

But if you need some way to tag a document version could be implemented. If you need it contact with us using our web site contact form www.openkm.com/Contact
