I would appreciate your help on this on this scenario.

Current situation:

Download and preview options are related to users (profiles) so preview or download options are available to all documents or none of it - for current user.

Desired situation:

Download and preview options should be set on document / user level.
User should be allowed to download and preview most of the documents. There are some documents that some users should see in the documents grid (see they exist), but they should not be allowed to download or preview this documents.

About preview is set only as general but could be easilly included as new grant ( if a customer allows it there's no problem on it, but for us now is not a priority ).
