Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi,

after some problems i got OpenKM up and running on my Ubuntu 12.04LTS server and also found the Outlookplugin, but apparently only for 2003 and 2007. Will there be a Version for 2010 or even 2013?

I need to archive tons of emails; and would like to do this with OpenKM, but since i run 2010, this could be a problem. I installed the Addin anyway, and it shows, also i can enter my credentials, they will be saved to the .xml file and looks correct, it contains the same data, as how i usually connect to the system, besides the scrambled password.

But if i want to import an email, it keeps telling me, that the configuration needs to be done, which i doublechecked several times.

So any help is truly appreciated.

Addin support until 2010. With 2003 you can import mails without problem and with 2010 no ? can you show us a screenshot of error in 2010 ( which is your OS version ? ). Can you test ms word addin to see if goes right into 2010

I just wanted to generate the error, but in the meanwhile it seems to be gone. I then tried to Import an Email with attachment, and got the error as seen as in the attached screenshot pict 1.
Then i installed the plugin in Word 2010 and found a difference. While i can only Access the OpenKM Outlook Addin in the Add-In part of Outlook Menu, i can now use a Special OpenKM Menu, which Looks like pict 2, when i use the Dropdown menu.
To get things going i imported a Word file, which i wanted to delete afterwards and got the error in pict 3.
Any help is truly appreciated.

Have you ever login with this user to openkm ? because I think the problem could be you never have been logged with that user and the node /okm:trash is still not been created
