1.- Try to disable system.pdf.force.ocr.

2.- Enabling CuneiformTextExtractor and Tesseract3TextExtractor at the same time is not a good idea.

3.- Activate debug for com.openkm.extractor.PdfTextExtractor and post the debug log following these instructions http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Debug_log_info
