In this OpenKM version there is a configuration property called \"system.user\". This is partially supported and may cause confusion. Be sure to remove this property from OpenKM.cfg or set it to \"system\". The error message \"Only admin user is allowed\" refers to the \"system\" user. Yes, also creates confusion.

Simply add users to roles in openkm-roles.properties file.
