Cannot use "URL" as a link to locate Categories

I have just tested in my local installation (OpenKM 5.1.9-SNAPSHOT Build: 9777) and works fine.

My problem only exists on Mysql based installation. URL File locating works well for Taxnomy and Categories, Only URL Folder Locating has this problem, that is, after redirection, all parameters lost.
