OpenKM Community 7.0.3 - scanner and folder read

Hello, I been trying configure OpenKM for the company and after so many research i decided come here bec I cant see any more solutions.

Im using OpenKM Community 7.0.3 and i need it to read from a folder that is shared with the printer that scans the documents, I have tried severel options but cant do it, the Scanner Tool 1.1 does not work as well, tried HotFolder same nothing works.

I need help please Iam desesperate at this point already.
