Document Relations in CE?

I am looking for the document relations feature in ce but I can't find it anywhere?
Is it not (yet) part of CE?
And if not, will it be somewhen?

Is not yet a part of the CE. From the beginning of the year, we are working on a major release ... if everything goes fine at the end of the year we should have it with a new UI and more features.
