Server migration from Linux to Docker Image

Post by neil_h »

Im running OpenKM CE 6.3.9, on Ubuntu 16.04, with MySQL, im looking to migrate to the Docker Image of OpenKM CE (6.3.9), i have spun up the Docker image which is currently blank, an i would like to migrate my config and database from the existing server to the Docker image.

Reading other posts i Think i can export my Repo with Metadata and History and copy over the OpenKM.cfg file, that all seems straight forward, but when it comes to the Database, the Docker image isnt running MySQL, i presume it running the native H2 database. Whats the process of importing the database?

We are working to provide a better Docker image which can be used with MySQL. I expect this new image soon.

Best regards.
