I am trying to use this on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Unable to find the tomcat after running the ls -lisa /etc/init.d/

The script should be named openkm.
what is the result if you execute:
systemctl status openkm

How did you installed openkm? with OKMInstaller.jar tool ? did you executed under root user?
