The problem did not occur again after upgrading to 6.3.1. I'll be watching it further. So far, everything looks good.

Apparently I have deleted the mail in question. I can tell that it had like 10 recipients (only valid mail addresses, no special characters). Once it had been deleted, the rest of the queue has been processed properly.

Good afternoon everybody, for no apparent reason the import of emails into the email tree has stopped. I am cc:'ing all mails I receive into a special folder and have set OpenKM 6.3.0 to pick them up and insert them into my email tree. This has been working well for about 9 months. Without any chang...

Executing the query produces the mail in question - I just cannot find where to edit.

Good evening, just to clarify this, the mail address itself is valid , the prepending name contains a character that the process seems to be unable to handle. I think editing the mail and removing the character in question before it is processed by the export process would work, but I cannot do that...

Good afternoon everybody, I am using 6.3.0 build: 8156 on Debian Wheezy. When exporting a mail folder tree I am running into the following problem: Export starts and the target folder is being filled. At a given point (in my case 70%) the process stops with the message "Error Illegal Address&qu...

Checking "restore UUIDs" did the trick. Thank you very much.

I believe it's not mentioned in the community docu. Adding it might be a good idea.

Kind regards

Good afternoon list, I have an installation with a database file of almost 10GB now and need to move to MySQL asap, as the whole system is going painfully slow. The new system is up and running, with a MySQL database configured and ready. My problem is: I cannot move the repository without losing th...

This solves the problem. I never tried to really move large volumes for fear of losing attached information. It works indeed with moving the files. Thank you very much for your help.

Hello all, I have the following problem (and please don't hit me too hard if I'm missing something obvious :) ): whenever I am copying or moving files from my personal tree into the taxonomy tree, keywords and categories assigned to the files disappear. Can I move files around without losing them? T...

I believe the OP wants to perform searches like "category1"+"category2"-"category3", thus searching for objects that belong into category1 AND 2, but NOT into 3 - something I'd be interested in as well.
