Re: Migrate from Ubuntu 16.04 + OpenKM to 18.04 + OpenKM

Yes, you can update but I would rather recommend to make a backup before.

Regards.

Re: Huge amount of tmp-files in tomcat/temp

Yes, you can stop OpenKM and empty the tmp folder. These temporal files should be deleted automatically, but it seems there is a missing deleting at some place.

Re: Docker Container creates new Repository on each run

- "run" creates a new container.
- "start" starts the same container again.

I think you should read a Docker tutorial before anything else.

Re: Starting docker version runs into "Failed to start component" error

I've updated the Docker image with the latest OpenKM release. Please, try again and tell me if this fix the issue.

Re: Docker Container creates new Repository on each run

Do you do "docker start" or "docker run" again?

I don't know why it's working every time I tried in my computer and always fails in yours.

Re: Starting docker version runs into "Failed to start component" error

Unable to reproduce, but it seems a problem related to low memory. How much RAM do you have?

Re: Starting docker version runs into "Failed to start component" error

Please, tell me exactly how do you start the container. I've tried and works pretty fine.

Code: Select all

docker run -it -p 8080:8080 openkm/openkm-ce

Re: Choice recipient workflow task

Do you mean show a list of users and choose one to handle the next task? It can be done with an AssignmentHandler. Take a look at https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/wf ... rcise.html

Re: Comunicacion con otras Bases de Datos y sistemas

No, pero podrías importar esos documentos en OpenKM. Sería lo más sencillo.

Saludos.

Re: opnekm jbpm

I suppose this is done because of the task scheduleduling. Keep on mind the the wotkflow engine was not developed by us but only integrated.

Re: Error uploading documents

Deployed workflows are listed at Administration > Workflows. If you see an empty list, then there is no deployed workflows or something weird is happening.

Re: How can i assign a workflow to a Role

It's better if you create an assignHandler and programatically get the users from a role.

Best regards.
