Re: File not found / invalid path

A very odd thing: I've had four missing files, and they have, for whatever reason, ended up with their full paths in / datastore (right in the machine's root directory), not in /opt/tomcat/repository/datastore. Moved them back into the correct path and we were fine. Thanks a lot for your help and at...

Re: File not found / invalid path

It probably makes sense to explain my workflow: 1. A document scanner copies the pdf to a directory. 2. a cronjob moves the scanned pdfs to a webdav-mounted directory (davfs2) in my openkm workspace. From /etc/fstab: http:// <openkm-host> /webdav/okm_personal/ <username> <userdirectory> davfs noauto...

File not found / invalid path

OS: Debian 10 "Buster" tomcat-8.5.34, Version: 6.3.9 (build: e57b626) I have uploaded a document and it shows up in my desktop. When I am trying to access it, however, it isn't found. I am getting this message in catalina.out: 2021-05-09 15:16:15,945 [http-nio-0.0.0.0-8080-exec-1] ERROR c....

Bug? Problem with accessing files

Dear all, OS: Debian 10 "Buster" tomcat-8.5.34, Version: 6.3.9 (build: e57b626) I keep having problems with accessing some files I still cannot solve. Maybe it's a bug. Here's what happened: I have what appears to be a pretty good PDF file. I have received it as an e-mail attachment. My e-...

6.3.9: File names in webdav mounts

Version: 6.3.9 CE OS: Debian Sid Good afternoon, I have found the following and don't know how to handle it. I've mounted webdav directories via davfs2 to local directories in a user's homedir. So far, this is working. However, files containing spaces in their names appear in single quotes - note th...

Re: German laguage pack broken?

I have done this now: - removed the broken language pack - opened OpenKM_6_3_de-DE.sql with a text editor - pasted all 1652 lines into the database query window and clicked "Execute" without selecting a "Type" from the dropdown It worked. Thank you very much! Kind regards Matthias

Re: Database error OKM-013024 ndex OKM_DASHBOARD_ACTIVITY is corrupted

It's mysql. mysqld Ver 10.1.44-MariaDB-0+deb9u1 for debian-linux-gnu on x86_64 (Debian 9.11) Is there a way to fix the database? This is my OpenKM.cfg: # OpenKM Hibernate configuration values hibernate.dialect=org.hibernate.dialect.MySQL5Dialect hibernate.hbm2ddl=none # Initial configuration - Linux...

German laguage pack broken?

On a fresh install of 6.3.9 (community edition), the German language pack isn't working. I've downloaded this file: https://www.openkm.com/wiki/images/7/7b/OpenKM_6_3_de-DE.sql and installed it as per instructions, but I'm getting this: Auswahl_029.png and naturally the language isn't loading. I've ...

Re: Mail import error

The exact version remains unclear. I have started out with 6.3.0, upgraded to 6.3.1, and then went through all the upgrades (by replacing the war file) up to 6.3.8. The status page still shows 6.3.0, though. See this thread: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=21260

Re: Conversion error in preview

This is what I'm getting: Auswahl_013.png The error message complains about the file not being a PDF (that's right, it isn't a PDF but a TIFF). The progress disc to the right is rotating at 100% and never stops. That's not happening with all TIFFs, only with some (but an increasing number it appears...
