SIGSEGV running scanner.jar

I'm running Kubuntu 13.04 and OpenKM 6.2.3. When using scanner.jar it crashes as soon as you press the Scan & Upload button. It crashes when using both Oracle JDK6 and 7. Is anyone else seeing this behavior? I'm new here so don't beat me up!

Where do you go to submit bug reports? I've attached the log in case anyone wants to see it.
TIA

To report bugs you got issues.openkm.com ( you should register user and then post bug ). For what I see in log could be a problem with jdk version. Can you try for example with jdk update 36 32 bit version. ( google for jdk update 36 )

Can you reproduce this issue in the online demo?

No, I have libsane-dev. That's not the problem sadly. I posted this on issues.openkm.com a while ago and haven't seen any activity on it. I wonder if there is anything I can do.
TIA

This applet uses native library which have problems in some Linux 64 and has been reported in the past to the people which maintain the library, but no response until now.
Respect issues activity, custumer problems have preference over community issues, as you should understand.

I didn't realize it was posted in the past. I looked around on issues.openkm.com prior to posting it but didn't see any. My apologies.

Due to the lack of support of the current library, we are exploring others but all them are commercial and I don't think will be included in OpenKM Community.
