email notification when file name changed

When we add a new document, we can choose to send notification to users.
Then users will receive a email with document's path included.
When we rename a document, the document's path will change too.
But users who receive new document email notification won't be notified when document file name changed.

Is it possible to notify users when rename a document?
Or change the link method in the notification by using document id?

Yes, the method has been changed and now we send uuid. What I'm not sure is if that change has been already propagated to actual community version.

Actually there's no event linked to rename document althought it'll be easy implement it.
