Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi:
I have installed OpenKM community 6.2.3 on Windows 2008 server,using 7zip to compress documents with chinese name. The chinese name display like “ ╥╡╬±—ú—Γ╞≈╧α╣╪╣?╛?” when uploading this zip file through 'import document from ZIP'. The question was asked by another user before, but it hadn't be fixed, as follow url:

Have any solutions to fix the bug now?

The problem I think is related with the Tomcat encoding, Windows encoding and the encoding used to generate the ZIP.

Please, attach a sample ZIP to test.
