Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

First excuse me for my english :D

I have installed OpenKM 6.2.2 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 with document preview working and MySQL. Thanks for the wiki BTW ;)

I have made the same installation on a Windows Server 2012 with exactly the same parameters and the document preview is not working, have you ever tried to install OpenKM on a Win2012 with preview working ?

On a Virtual machine (My Windows Server 2008), what is the best way for save the repository :

- Save the virtual machine VHD's
- Export the repository with the tools in the adminitration panel
- Export in ZIP File by right clic (Maximum size for this zip ???, Any way to check integrity of this ZIP File ???)
- Copy the repository folder by script with xcopy

We have not tried on Windows Server 2012 but should work as well as 2008. If you have any error in the log, please attach here (but zipped, please)

I see a couple of error related to crontasks and also that OpenKM can't access a file at C:\openkm-6.2.2-community\tomcat\repository\datastore\62\c4\5a\56\62c45a56-7383-45a3-b964-45bc8d1758a4, perhaps due to wrong permissions. But I can't see anything related to conversion.

My recomendation is to try OpenKM Community 6.2.3 or OpenKM Professional Trial 6.2.14

Yes, i know for the repository & crontab errors.
I don't think installation of the v.6.2.3 can fix the problem, i'll try.

Well you are using 6.2.2 and in 6.2.3 lots of bug were fixed. In the night build we make also improvements and fixed.

The other option is to buy OpenKM Professional and let us to manage your OpenKM installation and solve the problems.
