6.2.3 Security role on folder

Hi guys. Just installed 6.2.3 but there is an issue. When I create a folder even if I remove a user access to it (read, write, delete) the user role is always enable. I can't create any folder with access to some users. Can someone help me?

The was a problem compiling the night build, but now is solved and the WAR is accesible.
