Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hello All,
Can someone please help me with the issues that I am having in executing the workflow. Here are OpenKM details:
1. OpenKM version: openkm-6.2.3-community
2. Browser: FireFox 19.0.2
3. Platform/OS: MacPro running MacOS 10.6.8

Issue with workflow:
1. I successfully registered sample (Medium.par) process definition (I can examine Medium workflow details)
2. Now, when I select (previously added) an document, the workflow icon ("Gear") on the tool bar gets disabled.
I read all workflow related openkm documents, but there is no mention anywhere how else can I execute the workflow.

Issue:
If the workflow icon gets disabled upon selecting a document, how can I execute a workflow?

The workflow need to be enabled in the user profile to be shown in the list.

It worked!
Actually, I had users in default config. and for some reason workflow selection ("Medium") would not show up when users are assigned default config. new I created a new config i.e. "MyCompany" and assigned user to this config. and by doing so I am able to select workflow type.
