export to file problem

This problem only occurs in Windows XP traditional Chinese version.
After exported a folder to a .zip file,
the Chinese folder name and file name won't show correctly.
Also the .zip file cannot be extracted successfully.

The winrar window screenshot is available at https://www.dropbox.com/s/7ax8k37d1nt8lb0/export.jpg

I've tried both IE8 and Chrome, got the same problem.

OpenKM 6.2.3 (build 7945) installed on Windows Server 2003

Thanks.

I found that the .zip file created by OpenKM cannot show/extract in Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.
But it can be show/extract in Windows 7.

Unicode support in ZIP is a nightmare because not all applications implements it. For example, the posted ZIP can be opened from Linux without problems. If you are using Windows I recommend using 7zip

BTW: You can attach these files to the forum.

Thanks, pavila.
I will use 7zip to extract files.

I upload files mentioned in previous replies.
