Lost access to Root Folder

Hi,
I lost access to Root Folder and the whole system is in read-only mode.
By this, I cannot upload a file. Please Try to Resolve it ASAP.

Bonjour,
Quel login utilisez-vous pour vous connecter à votre instance OpenKM ?
Utilisez-vous une édition Professionnelle en mode Cloud/installé sur un serveur, ou bien est-ce une version OpenSource ?
Un peu plus de détail nous aiderai un peu...

Have you started some lucene reindexing procedure ? that could be the reason why the system has been switch to maintenance mode. In that mode only user okmAdmin is allowed to login ( you should write okmAdmin pass to login ). Confirm us if you have done lucene reindexing or other similar operation ? before suggest any action we want to be sure what have you done.
