We are greatly excited and grateful for the implementation of massive download/checkout function in 6.2.2 community! Thank you for all the efforts!
However I was unable to discover how this function could be used in 6.2.2 community version (build: 7815).

1) No files checked, right click in the file frame: Disabled "Export to ZIP" menu item can be seen in pop-up menu
2) No files checked, one file selected, right click in the file frame: Export to ZIP menu item disabled, checkout/download toolbar button/menu item enabled
3) One file checked, one file selected, right click in the file frame: Export to ZIP menu item disabled, checkout/download toolbar button/menu item disabled
4) Multiple file checked, right click in the file frame: Export to ZIP menu item disabled, checkout/download toolbar button/menu item disabled
5) Multiple file checked, right click in the taxonomy frame: Export to file menu item disabled

I was unable to discover how "Export to ZIP" menu item could be enabled.

Export to zip is only enabled when you have not more than one folder selected ( in massive mode export to zip is not enabled -> this feature is still not yet implemented as you describes ). Actually export to zip is enabled , for example, selecting a folder ( in three view ) then all folder content will be download as a zip. Selecting one document is not enabled because from our point of view download a zip file is a strange use, not normall, we have considered only exporting folders.

On future the implementation you suggest -> massive -> export as zip could be implemented. I think actually is only implemented select a couple of document ( massive enabled ) and then click on download button -> in this case you'll get a zip file ( but export to zip in this case is not enabled, the export to zip feature has not already prepared for it ).

Yes but actually we're involved in a lot of great changes and this minor change will need some time to me implemented.
