About most popular ones, here we\'ll must to do some previous questions:
We can considerer most popular - for example - the most 20 viewed documents, but here we\'ve some opotions for example during all OpenKM repository history, or the last during this month o during this week, the real usage of it it\'ll be different, what do you consider it\'ll be more usefull, all the las year and week info, or really the tree year, month and last year stats. We\'re worried about puttint so much info, somethimes more is not better. What consider is really useful ?
New OpenKM 2.1 - not yet released - it\'ll have a new dashboard enhancements, like las 20 new documents added on repository. About putting some directory info, documents readed and not, it could be done something on that way, but we don\'t want to stress repository server with this kind of queries. And here must do some previous questions too:
When this kind of stats it\'s really usefull, if must show this kind of information to user always on only on some cases. Imagine a great repository with among of new files every day, this kind of information could be really unpleasant for end user, because it\'ll be so much unreaded documents and new folders ... really could be bad for usability, several years ago we used some system implemented on that direction and was really tedious for me ?
If the enhancement you\'re looking is some OpenKM push, filtered good useful new documents on OpenKM repository for end user, we\'re finishing to implement daily user queries ( different for each user ), that every time he log into OpenKM it\'ll show - something like a push service - new documents avaliable result for each user queries.
