Document name is different

When checking in an updated document I sometimes get the 'Document name is different' error even though the file name hasn't changed. I know from reading the forums that this is due to a bug in IE and some Windows version and you could set system.document.name.mismatch.check=false as described in http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Applic ... atch_check

As this does not always occur I wonder if anyone knows under what circumstances this occur? Which version of IE? Which version of Windows? Anything else that need to be fulfilled? Does a more detailed bug description exist?

We do not know exactly IE version affected and if there's some combination between IE version and OS and service packs installed there. I think happens in version 7 and 8 but I'm not sure if newer IE is affected, lasts year I have been noticied by this problem only 1-2 times I suspect in newer IE versions is solved
