hi,

im using openkm and scanner ES8461 MFP configured on my computer.
os windows

when i press on the scan and upload button nothing comes up! its not responding.

i have java upto date. and i enabled java runtime in firefox browser.

the printer is twain compatible.


any help plz?

Try to open java console and take a look if there's some error into.

I was having the same problem, but only when running through apache (on OpenKM 6.2.2). It didn't work at all for me on OpenKM 6.2.1, but I believe there was a thread somewhere about certificate issues for the scan/upload applets in 6.2.1 community and a workaround to generate a dummy to make it all work.

Still figuring out a workaround for running the applets through apache on 6.2.2. If anyone has any suggestions, that'd be great.

Here you can test if your browser have java support http://www.java.com/es/download/testjava.jsp otherside install jdk ( we recommend jdk 1.6 )
