Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi all,
I am using OpenKM 6.2.4 trial version on windows 7 and I am working on workflows.
Created a sample workflow with the form, the form passes between three users and it's working fine.
In this I have found two problems.
1)When ever I upload a new document automatically my workflow is attached to that document and executed.
2)I have deleted the Process definition file from the workflow administration instance and started uploading a new document but I found an error as shown in the screen shot(every time).

Can you tell me how to resolve this.

Do you set in wizard to automatically add workflow and then you have delete it ?
Should take a look at catalina.log ( tomcat/logs ) to see complete log error.
