Backup And Restore

Anyone has experience for the restore the OpenKm from backup to the whole directory?

I restored my backup and when i login it got this messages....

com.openkm.core.RepositoryException: Configuration file could not be read.: C:\home\xxxxxx\Desktop\jboss-4.2.3.GA\repository.xml

have you changed openkm destination path when restore.

thanks for your reply

yes, i changed the destination after restore, because i backup from the centos and restore to the windows base

is any change i need to apply

Yes, you need to make some minimal changes at least on mysql database okm_app, take a look at OKM_CONFIG and look for you actual repository path etc... you need to change it before start openkm in other path

I able to login now to use the user account, however document is all gone after I login, :? I think the OpenKM cannot connect with the database

I use the JBoss and embedded database, is anyway i need to change the database path

Take a look at jboss start up if there's some error ( after login you should get some error with folders etc... ). I hope you have removed repository folder and have not changed OpenKM.cfg to create ?

If you move data from one computer to other and restore correctly should not be problems ( you're missing something, soemthing is different in new environment )
