Customization of logos in OpenKM 6.2?

Hello!
I've been trying to edit the logos of OpenKM 6.2 under Ubuntu 12.10 for the past week or so, and while I somewhat found a solution, it seems like a huge pain. I have so far deleted the original logos from the OpenKM.war Img folder, so I have no icons at all. I've read somewhere that it could be as easy as dropping the new logo into that .war archive, but I've been encountering errors with my archiving program so I haven't actually tested this yet.

In OpenKM 5.10, I noticed that the logos were customizable directly in the config area. Was it intentional for this feature to be removed?

Yes, was intentionally removed because during las two years we've found people re-selling wiki documentation into an iframe ( surrealistic but true ) and some company that's offering openkm as his own product changing logo. We're disappointed with this kind of practices and althought it's not a super difficult task change logos into war file we deciced it. And also community users which uses our logo are promoting our job. Sincerally we're not pleased with this kind of decision but this kind of people exists.

Ah, I see! I completely understand. I'm sorry there are people out there that would try to steal your work like that. I just wanted to add my organization's logo with a "powered by OpenKM" line underneath, just so it would look a little more like the rest of the systems we use. The .war solution does seem easy enough - I'll retry that!

Thanks! :D

I have a pending Utility that will allow to change it, but will demand users install eclipse, download an eclipse project and then patch the war file. When will be done I will advice in OpenKM developers news http://forum.openkm.com/viewforum.php?f=36
Sincerally we're not pleased with it.
