How to add another role?

How do I add another role?
I wanted to add different roles for openkm: example:
role for Human Resource -> ROLE_HR
role for MIS -> ROLE_MIS
etc..
Then, i will restrict folders and documents of users based on their roles.

You can add roles in Administration Panel login as okmAdmin or using your own Admin user.

From user list you have got at top right a roles button -> from there you can add and remove

yes, i have done that,
but when i log in to the user where i have configured it to have that role,
example:
user1 --> ROLE_HR
an error occurs after login.
Please help me to understand the error.

This is a security issue, it looks like you have removed ROLE_USER which has some documents associated with it..

This user should have ROLE_USER en ROLE_HR
At okm:taxonomy, okm:categories and okm:templates ROLE_USER should be removed and add ROLE_HR with only read grant ( that's the idea )
