Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Is there any way to lock or unlock multiple documents at the same time? Every document in our system is locked and I need to modify everything but after 2 or 3 unlocks (or locks) the system freezes. I am new to this and don't even know what version I am running. When I go to the "About" section in the Help menu I get version 0.0 (build: 0) please help!

have you compiled your own openkm version ?

I haven't, but my employer might have.

Would that explain the strange info that shows in the About menu?

This feaure is actually only present at openkm professional edition.
About 0.0 openkm version the only cause I know is that has been compiled by your customer ( and not totally correctly done ).

You will see version 0.0 when you run OpenKM from Tomcat using a link to the "target/OpenKM" directory. If you deploy the WAR, you will the the right version number. This is because the Maven plugin generate the version when creating the WAR.
