Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

When I'm using OpenKM with LDAP as users database backend, I've a difficult with assign users rights and send document to users by mail. My LDAP has hundreds user accounts, so when I choose some users to assign rights or to send email, I'll scroll users list and find each user manually. I think, OpenKM should be have a search function to searching users.

You got this feature, but you have not enabled, go to profiles and enable "advanced filtering"
