Unable to print documents from preview pane

When printing from the preview pane only a blank page comes out and nothing shows up in the log.
Any ideas of where to start troubleshooting?

About which openkm version are we talking ? you're using zviewer or flexpaper ?

Better if you use flexpaper ( I suggest this change ).

No change, still prints out blank paper.

Can you test in our online demo. And tell us which document are you trying to preview ?

The issues has been resolved, after I dumped everything in the cache directory. Thank you.
