ok, you want to add a new column not a tab ? for it you should modify source code. But which is the purpose of the new column you want to be added ?

I have another question,when I want to add version to file just add 1.0,1.1,... how can I change default setting?i.e 1.0,2.0,.. or the other

Massive options are only allowed in version 6.0 professional, version 6.0 community is still not released.

About change version number, in version 5.x and older is not possible is only possible in version 6.x which can have several type of number versioning or be able to create your own.

Description of the problem:
I have 4 users and they have to authorize documents (like click click). One column is for one user only, only that person can change "check box" . Then other users could see whether particular document is autrhorized and by whom.
Could I add few new columns (the same like circle red marker i sara post)?

I saw http://www.openkm.com/en/openkm-extended-columns.html OpenKM Extended Column from official site but I havent possibility add columns in administration, profiles, edit - there is empty place.

Actually metadata columns are only present at professional edition

OK, now I have openKM professional version trial. But I can't edit or add new columns. I have little empty spaces under Column1, Column2, ... Look like on sreen below:

Enable metadata and then you'll be able to assign columns

Where I can enable metadata?
And then what is the way to add those columns?
