First of all, sorry for my bad english (french user),
More i try OpenKm and more i found this application fabulous,

Now i'm trying the imap function, all is ok,
But I d'like to have only one imap account that all users could see, is it possible ?

I think will be better try explain us the problem, what do you want to solve using for all users same imap account ( obviously you can configure to all users ), but what use you will do to this mail account ?

In fact, I would like several people accessing the same mail account, the problem is that if I configure the same IMAP account for these users, then the files will be duplicated or the "delete mark" will cause a difference between the accounts, I tried giving read rights on a folder to another user but it does not work.

Ideally I would like to create an address for a service (like rh_docs@mydomaine.com) where users of the HR group could have access. If an email is deleted, then it is for all ...

You want a bidirectional imap integration ... ok actually we have only in one direction. Without deleting the easies way is always synchronizing imap into some public folder ( read acces ) to the users, but you wil get the problem of deleting.
