Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

We are using OpenKM 5.1.8-2. All of my users can log in just fine, except one, and it only started happening a few days ago. He's getting the "Loading OpenKM" pop-up window and getting to the line "Loading taxonomy - open path". Then it gets stuck and does not go anywhere. I've tried deleting the server/default/tmp and server/default/work folders and restarting. It's not working. We've also tried different browsers and different machines. Any insight would be much appreciated!

I hate to have to reopen a year old thread, but did you find a solution to this? 6.2.3 doesn't work on one server I tried it on - even reinstalled Ubuntu 12.04 and I'm still getting this message yet 6.2.3 works fine on a different server.

Hi rodrigm21 for what I understand this is other kind of problem you are able to get openkm 6.2.3 run in one server but not other. Please add new post for it and do not merge this question with actual.
