from 5.1.9 version, you have to put parameter for pdf2swf. See herehttp://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Migrat ... 8_to_5.1.9

To test OpenOffice integration, simply try converting document to pdf ( from tool bar ) if it is executed correctly then the problem is on pdf2swf configuration
