cannot preview document

Hello ..
I am using Openkm 1.5.8 on ubuntu 11.10 till now everything was fine but
now i m facing some issues which are discussed below...!!


1. I am not able to preview any of my document when a particular is selected..!!
read some posts also but no of them was helpful ..pls tel me the exact procedure ...

2.also in logged users i m not able to find message quequ... :!: :!:

3. Also how to extended the storage capacity of openKm

1- OpenKM capacity to storage is only limited by your hardware
2- About preview you should configure openoffice ( system.openoffice.path ) and pdf2swf I suggest you read with patience our installation guide http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Installation_Guide
3- About message in logged users I do not understand the question, explain better

hey thanxx..
i read it sumehr thta message quequ feature is like a announcement help for the logged users
fro exapme admin can announce any news using message quequ to users ..
but it is falls under the caetogry of looged users where i m not able to find it in my installed openkm/..

hey i dnt unerdstand what you are trying to say anyways can jz pls help in enabling preview
of dcouments...m openoffice.org3 is in /opt folder how configure in open.cfg file or server.xml file

From version 5.1 OpenKM.cfg is only for first time startup configuration after it any configuration change should be done in administration ( parameters configuration )
