Installing OpenKM on the server where Joomla is running

Hi,
I am planning to install Openkm on the same Server where my Web Sites are running. That´s mean, I have on the server Joomla, php, apache, MySQL.
My question is: can OpenKM run on the same server?
I hope you can help me.

It's a dedicated, virtualized server or only the typical server which you can get php and mysql ?

If you can install the software dependencies (JDK 6, OpenOffice / LibreOffice, ImageMagik, SWFTools, etc.), you can install OpenKM.

And you think, OpenKM runs without any problems with Joomla on the same server?

OpenKM uses JBoss + Java and Joomla uses Apache + PHP, why do you think this is a problem?
