Subsribing documents to other users from admin account

Currently we are able to login as a end user and subscribe a document. Is there a way where an Admin user can assign subscription of a document to other users?

No, but this functionality can added by an extension.

Really in professional extension is able the "suggest subscription" and "share search query" take a look at ends
