Anyone with a working previewer in Windows?

Hi,
I am struggling to get my previewer to work. I've tried many combinations but nothing seems to work. I was hoping someone with a working preview in windows could show me their values for :Openoffice.path, imagemagick, pdf2swf, ocr, anything else that I may need that I'm missing. Thank you for any help that you can give.

Hey thanks for the reply! :D This has been driving me nuts. After I made that change it appears that pdf's are now viewable, however, word documents still give me the conversion generation error, any ideas?

If you can not preview .doc files there's a problem on soffice service. openoffice is the application which converts .doc to pdf and then you preview pdf files. Which is your openoffice or libreoffice configuration path.

i cant see docs and xls like my friend either :(

my path is
D:\jboss-4.2.3.GA\lib\openoffice

thread setting: 5
i even set up the openoffice service too hoping that was the issue, but did not work...

i am not able to understand something... in registry i read i had to enter in port 8100:
-nofirststartwizard -nologo -headless -accept=socket,host=localhost,port=8100;urp;StarOffice.ServiceManager

but in openkm i have to set 2222 / 2002, none of which work...

i followed it accordingly... i think its a port conflict causing this... just not sure how... the command shows no abnormality...

hi aziz,

tried that but still had the error. After adding \program\ the check in the config shows issues:

system.openoffice.path
Can't read or execute: D:\jboss-4.2.3.GA\lib\openoffice\program\program\soffice.bin

oh well im scrapping this idea of activating the previewer. Going to wait for the next release when openkm can edit the docs before working on it :)
for now ill just force everyone to use office add in instead of the web ui

Problem Solved!

Pavila was right there was a port conflict with LogMeIn.
Disabling LogMeIn did not seem to work after closing the service and all related applications running, restarted OpenKM and the problem was still there after that...
Afew days later however when i tried after having LogMeIn disabled, the previewer worked!
Guess the server just needed time to get used to the new settings...
I enabled LogMeIn after that and both are working.

hey please help.
whwenever i upload my excel sheet in openkm . it automaticaly gets divided into frames and same is previewed but i dont need to break my excel single sheet file into colums so is their any way to upload excel sheet in its original format.

i was try all types of setting for preview but problem is same so please suggest proper path for preview PDF,JPG,DOC,XLS..
i am use windows base OS.

Seeing your screenshot I suspect you've wrotten wrong the command line, should be pdf2swf.exe not sgpdf2swgf.exe ( remove sg from the beggining ).
