i one of our users try to upload files with the uploader he got an error message (screen attached)
he works on windows 7 with the firefox

is there something special he has to setup in the java enviroment?

on my windows xp with firefox i can upload files with the uploader without problems

if i use the port the jboss runs at it works fine
if i use another port which is routet by htaccess i get this error

can you post de java console stack trace error ( in control panel you can enable it )

this message i solved with running the server at 8080 which is open at the customers firewall.

but now he got the message "unknown proxy type http"

Java-Console-Log is atached

we tryed with the options in the java settings
-get proxy settings from browser
-direct internet connection

I think there're some proxy configuration in jboss, take a look here http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Troubl ... OKM-009006

Are you able to reproduce this issue at the online demo (http://demo.openkm.com) ?
