Is OpenKm provides script(code) for installer ? Just I want to know that while installing OpenKM.where the files and folders are placing exactly.

There is no installation script. The process is by hand because you can configure different storage backends. The most simple installation instructions are detailed at http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Quick_Install.
