Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

The property Group tab in the administrator interface does not work. When I Click This tab it says Like the following
Application error
Class: java.net.ConnectException
Message: Connection refused: connect
Date: Fri Dec 30 16:54:51 EAT 2011
Can any one help me?

This server has internet connection, if not must make some configuration chages because property group DTD is validated via internet connection. If it's your case take a look at http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Proper ... definition ( second box )
